Our On-Going Support
For the first 2 months after your website is launched we provide 2 hours of free website updates. 2 hours is typically enough to change text, add new photos or even add a new web page. After this 2 month period has elapsed we are happy to maintain your website whenever you wish. We provide you with a fixed quote in advance so you can decide how and when to proceed. As a Smashing Time customer you'll also receive our regular email newsletter that contains interesting website related news and links to free software and other useful resources

At the consultation we will discuss your ideas and we will advise on a website that is appropriate for your needs. We will also provide some useful leaflets which explain all the technical terms and issues associated with website ownership

If after the initial meeting you decide not to go ahead with a website that's fine, we apply absolutely no pressure as the last thing we want is to sell a website to someone who doesn't need or want one
