Our On-Going Support
For the first 2 months after your website is launched we provide a minimum of 2 hours of free website updates. 2 hours is typically enough to change text, add new photos or even add a new web page. After this 2 month period has elapsed we are happy to maintain your website whenever you wish. We provide you with a fixed quote in advance so you can decide how and when to proceed

Many of these projects are hidden from public use but some are so advanced that they are covered by patent applications (belonging to our commissioning clients) and some have been nominated for the Webby Awards. We're happy to spend time talking to you about your website project. Therefore we offer a free 1 hour initial consultation, without any obligation, at our West Melbourne offices or via conference call (for inter-state and international clients). In addition, we understand the needs of small business and so we are happy to arrange an appointment outside of normal working hours (open Saturday till noon) for your convenience. At the consultation we will discuss your ideas and advise on a website that is appropriate for your needs

If after the initial meeting you decide not to go ahead with a website that's fine, we apply absolutely no pressure as the last thing we want is to sell a website to someone who doesn't need or want one
